used with shamppo and daily repair
I bought this in travel size just in case I didn't like it, I have to be honest on first wash I was thinking it was ok, doesn't smell of much, HOWEVER , after my first wash my very damaged hair was looking the best it has for a long time! I did use in conjunction with the damage remedy shampoo and a bit of the daily repair (free sample) and my hair honestly looks like I've just stepped out of a salon, it has bounce and a beautiful fluffy softness that I wasn't expecting at all. I'm going to purchase the larger sizes for sure in all three, whatever its got in it, it works!!

I got a sample of Damage Remedy Restructuring Conditioner with a recent order. My hair is white so I need to be careful what I use on it as it tends to yellow easily. But it is also very dry, possibly because I use straighteners every day! So I used the sample - ~WOW! I have silky manageable hair! Being mindful that I need to also be careful of the colour implications, I mixed this with Blue Malva Conditioner, which really works for white hair. And guess what, I have silky, manageable, pure white shiny hair! Well done AVeda, how about YOU mixing them in one container? It would save space in my bathroom!!

Best range for damaged hair *****
I had my hair damage from highlights it was dry and stiff with not much life left in it. Until a friend told me about this range of Aveda so I gave it a try and I was impressed after the first use I loved the results so I bought the whole range of Damage remedy products. The best one so far for damaged hair this will bring it back to life!!! This particular product I use it once a week and leave it for 10 min before rinse it with water I noticed that leave soft and lightweight my hair. Also love the mild smell and the fact that has quinoa protein.

Improved my life
My hair was getting more like candy floss, also thinning. I tried this shampoo and conditioner and was so pleased to find that the hair is not dropping out as much as it did and the shine has come back. Being 82 I cannot afford cosmetic surgery but at least I can improve my appearance by using this product together with the matching shampoo on my hair.

Breathes new life into frizzy, damaged hair
I didn't honestly believe that this stuff could do much to reverse the damage that I'd done to my hair, but I've been amazed by how much better it looks after using this conditioner. Broken, flyaway hairs are smoothed down, it's a lot shinier and it feels sleek and soft rather than dry and rough like it used to. It may not actually be able to repair your hair, but it definitely improves its appearance a lot and helps strengthen it to protect against future damage. I can thoroughly recommend it to anyone with dry, damaged hair.

Damage Remedy
This is magic. I had to stop using it for about 8 months in 2013 for various (unrelated to product) reasons. I really noticed a big decline in my hair strength, manageability and softness. I have just started using it again. How I have missed its wonderful help. After just two uses my hair is already beginning to bounce back to a good condition again. I have fine blonde hair which has a tendency to be quite flyaway especially when the colour I dye it with starts to fade. Using this doesn't make it lank though like some intensive conditioners. It just helps settle it down, find its own stability and adds a lovely glossy healthy sheen. Oh how I have missed it and so glad I can now use it again. Highly recommended

For fine hair this mask may be a little heavy. I use it only when my hair is crying out for help (not literally) as it is quite heavy on the silicone side, it tends to weigh my hair down and I always spend ages washing it out as it feels too smooth as if it's heavily coated. I think this would be amazing on very thick hair but if you have fine hair there are better options.

Great conditioner for black hair
I've been using Aveda for over 10 years and this is by far the best conditioner I've ever used. I have shoulder length afro caribbean hair that has been relaxed and this conditioner simply makes it strong, healthy, shiny and manageable. it works in minutes and I use it at gym 3 or 4 times a week.
