Works great for fine hair
Used for years so lived through formula change but still works a treat. I can't use the conditioner but the shampoo is great for me. Tried loads of others but always come back to this. Gives my hair some body, leaves it feeling clean and always healthy. I have chin length fine blonde 51 year old hair. I use Aveda thickening hair lotion too which is great. Sometimes combine with the volumising one but if you need to choose and you have fine hair go for the thickening one.

Leaves hair greasy AND with dandruff!
I have never had greasy nor dandruff-y hair before I used this product. My scalp was flaking, and now after a few weeks of trying to persevere with it, my hair is completely greasy as soon as I leave the shower (EVEN after washing twice as advised by my hairdresser, who I bought it from, which uses up LOADS of product because it doesn't spread well).
Really disappointed. Because I "gave it a go," I can't get a refund, and this was my first try at a "professional" shampoo. Better off with store-bought.
IGNORE YOUR HAIRDRESSER on this one.
Expensive, waste of money, and ruined my hair for months of self-conscious occasions.

Will always repurchase
After being recommended this shampoo by a friends I decided to purchase the Shampure Shampoo & Conditioner. On first use I discovers you need two double shampoo hair for the best results, but as someone with very thick hair I would have to do this anyway. I can't believe how shiny and nourished my hair looks after using this, not at all greasy or dry as some of the below reviews have complained about.

Lovely Shampoo
Having never used the old formula, I am very happy with this shampoo. My hair is very fine and chemically treated. This makes it nice and light and clean feeling. I really like it.

Extremely disappointed
Smells wonderful. However, Has left my hair dry and greasy and feeling like I haven't washed it out properly. I gave it another go thinking that perhaps I didn't wash it out. Same. Disappointed as this was received as a Christmas present. Not sure if the issue is with the shampoo or conditioner but not really the point given the cost. Rip off...
