Bed Head by TIGI Curls Rock Amplifier Cream 113ml
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was delighted to be sent this product to sample as part of the Community Campaign as I am trying to embrace my natural curls more. I have wavy / curly hair, naturally. As others have suggested, I used minimal product. I tried to scrunch / twist each section then left it to dry naturally to 85- 90% then blow drying. Sadly to no avail, it did not work for my hair type. Seemingly making my hair incredibly fluffy, a lot more frizzy and made my curl pattern almost disappear. The ingredients aren’t the cleanest - particularly for curly girls - so maybe this is a factor.

Not for me
I was given this as part of the community test and review. I had to try it a couple of times before I made up my mind and I have to say I didn’t really get on with it very well. It’s quite a gloopy consistency and a little on the sticky side, it didn’t do anything for my curls and when I tried to do my normal refresh the product would reactive and become sticky. It’s got a good slip in that sense but just doesn’t work well for my hair. It also has a lot of ingredients that I don’t know of and I’d rather use something a little cleaner. It does smell nice and maybe if you have thicker hair it may work better.

A little goes a long way.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product smells amazing and the little pump to get it out is also amazing. I love the bold colours in the packaging very eye catching.
However what I would say Is that a little goes a long way!! I have shoulder length hair and one first use I used a 50p size all over my hair and it left a cast in which was hard to get out and my hair looked greasy. Second use I used a 1p size product on the whole of the hair and it was much better didn’t leave a cast and my hair was left with beautiful looking curls.
So Remember a little goes a long way!!

Great product!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoyed this product, I love the smell of it and it has fantastic definition and hold power for my curls. I also really like the packaging, mess free and easy to use. My only issue is that I did find it quite drying, the next day my hair feels unmanageable and thick and course like it’s full of dry shampoo type texture…so it’s great if you are happy to wash your hair the following day, but not if you are looking to integrate it into a curly hair routine where you may leave it a good few days/week between washes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off, please be aware that there is a sponge/piece of foam in the end of this product - it’s not broken or blocked, like I thought it was at first. Anyway, as somebody who has recently developed curly/wavy hair (whether that’s hormones or my hair just deciding it was tired of being straight), this is great. It smells great and it’s very easy to apply. I’m still playing around with the perfect amount to get on my hair, but it definitely adds volume and defines those curls. Will be adding to my hair care staples.

Lovely curls
This cream helped to keep my curls more defined and less frizzy, also added a nice shine and smoothness. It was definitely suitable for my type of hair and I was pleased with results. Smells quite sweet but it's not overly strong, it spreads easily and I needed only a small amount to cover well all my hair. The only minus is too much plastic packaging, the design is not too pretty, looks like a cartoon rocket or bullet, it wouldn't catch my eye in the shop. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m always trying new things for my curly hair and finding out what works best for me. I’ve had this for awhile now so I’ve been using it frequently and can give the best review. At first I used too much and it did make my hair feel greasy and heavy, however after finding the perfect amount for me it’s really worked with my hair. My curls last, they are soft, shiny and manageable. I have less frizz and flyaways as well so, all in all I do highly recommend this product.

It's okay for curls but not anything impressive for my waves

My partner has curly hair and on him and finger twisting his curls the results were great! So if you're curly I'd recommend giving this a go. My hair is wavy, if I air dried with this product in it works okay, nothing spectacular and my hair feels a little unpleasant to touch sometimes after it finally dries. Diffusing with this product made my waves fall flat.

Does it make your hair crunchy?
No -works well for me and holds the curl. Only makes your hair go hard if your get rained on and yet it’s easy to brush out and revive back to being soft and curly. I love it and you don’t need to use much.
