NOT ultra conditioning, it feels like I have to keep reapplying it every 20 mins and it's not doing anything for my lips. I've got a regular tinted version of the Burt's Bees lip balm and it's much better in actually nourishing you lips compared to this one!

Fantastic for damaged lips
My lips have been damaged by a bad tattoo job. They constantly peel, flake and have fine scarring. In a week the lip balm has stopped the peeling and dramatically improved the texture of the scar lines. Much softer.

I've tried a lot of lip balms and this is my perfect day moisturiser. Better than their other lip balms. Perfect for day time use.
