New formula is awful!!
Used the old formula for years it was perfect for my sensitive skin and stopped me from getting breakouts. I've only just run out of the old formula so tried the new formula expecting the same results if not even better given the new and improved ingredients but I am very disappointed, my skin is terrible after a few washes, its red, its blotchy and bumpy in texture. I will not be using again. Why change something that was so good? Or at least offer both versions. I've used this for over 20 years but I wont be buying again now. Does anyone have any other recommendations?

Such a shame :(((
So disappointed! I have been using the original formula for years (as have other reviewers) as recommended by a dermatologist. I always loved that it was perfume-free, which I had started taking for granted. I recently needed to stock up on cetaphil face wash, and I wish I had gone for the "gentle" cleanser instead. I picked up this one because the packaging was similar to the old cleanser I had been using. I agree, this definitely reduces the oily feeling on my face, but at the cost of making the skin feel dry and tight, with a soapy smell under my nose that sits there for hours (and that's when I use a pea size amount, no exaggeration!!) I really hope the developers change the recipie back asap.

This new formula caused breakouts and sensitivity
I have been using the Cetaphil Oily Skin Cleanser for a while and my skin was calm and behaving well. I bought a new bottle and now I am breakout out massively. I am not sure what ingredients have changed (Niacinamide?) but it's clearly not the same. I see that other users are reporting similar reactions. Please advise.

i received a sample of this and it was the best mascara i’ve ever used, will 100% repurchase. i have sparse eyelashes from years of false eyelash use and this makes me feel like i don’t need them. i work long shifts at work and university and it never budges and never gives me raccoon eyes which is a problem i tend to have with majorly of mascaras. 10/10 would definitely recommend!!!:)

Fragrance!
This irritated my skin terribly - I was shocked cetaphil would use fragrance in products designed for sensitive skin… had to throw it away always read your ingredients people

New favourite mascara!
I have tried several mascaras over the years and I have to say this one has definitely made it into my top 5!
First of all packaging is sleek and so fun, definitely in line with the brand and easy to recognise.
I’ve used the One Size Mascara for my day looks with a single coat for a subtle look but I also it found it was really easy to build up for my evening looks. Really long lasting and not clumpy at all!
I’ve received this to test as part of the Sephora Community but I can already tell I’ll be repurchasing as this is now a must have in my makeup kit.

Amazing Mascara

I didn't know what to expect because I've never heard of this brand before it's totally new to me. I was pleasantly surprised.
First of all I love the bright red packaging,it really stands out and very eye-catching.
This mascara does what it says on the box and stays on all day, I didn't even have any under my eyes in the evening. It gave me an amazing lift and certainly did lengthen my lashes (see end photo) , my eye lashes were still lifted at the end of the day. It didn't clump or flake off like some mascaras do, this mascara is very impressive.
It's so easy to wipe off too (Bonus) I will definitely be buying more
