Helps with keeping skin clear
I love to use this in the day time - underneath my moisturiser and vitamin c in sillicone (also by the ordinary). It really helps to keep the texture of my skin on the smoother side - im prone to congestion. It also helps to keep spots at bay and any pimples that do make it through aren't half as big as they used to be before I used this product. They also disappear quicker. I love this serum and the price makes it that much better. For me, it's replaced my paula's choice 2% BHA serum as it's slightly gentler and better suited to my sensitive skin. The added HA makes it less drying for my combination sensitive skin. Wear with a high spf in the day!

Radiant skin and a fantastic price .
I’m new to The Ordinary products so went a bit mad ordering as it they are all so reasonably priced. I apply this in the evening and I really do think it’s made a difference , my skin looks clearer and more radiant. The only thing I will say is that it was a lovely day the following day and I sat out in the sun for lunch. I could feel my face tingling a little so put some sun cream on . I read the directions later that evening and it says to stay out of the sun if using the product! My face has caught the sun much quicker than usual as it looked a bit pink. So if you are using this in the summer months I’d say use a face cream with SPF .

Perfect for my sensitive skin!
I bought it around three weeks ago, and I really enjoyed it! It has only 5% lactic acid and is mild enough for me to help with my problematic teenage skin. My skin is usually sensitive and I am quite reluctant to try new products, but this does not break me out or anything. It has a thin consistency, and I do think it works, though slowly (because of the concentration of the acid) because my acne scars are healing a bit faster than before.
If you want to start using acid, this is a great choice, if there is any stock left because you know, deciem...

Great exfoliator
I got this a few months ago and really started seeing a change in the texture of my skin. I have very little bumps and scars left now but that is due to my hormonal breakouts once a month. I even got my husband and mother in law hooked on to it. It really feels like a layer of new skin is being reborn when I wake up and wash my face.

Nice for the price
For an inexpensive exfoliator, this is pretty good, but not great. It makes my skin smoother and that is exactly what it's supposed to do. I will probably not be repurchasing it, because there are similar products on the market that are more elegant in their formulation and more pleasant to use. Of course, they are also more expensive. If you're looking for a great weekly exfoliator from The Ordinary, I would recommend The Ordinary AHA 30% + BHA 2% Peeling Solution, which is much more effective.

Great for skin pigmentation
I bought this to treat pregnancy pigmentation I didn’t want to over use any product I was looking something gentle that works with my sensitive skin this product works really well it lightens the mark and makes skin really soft.

be careful how you use it
my skin feels so much better after using this for just a few weeks! however, follow the instructions and definitely don’t apply to broken skin as it will really sting. also definitely follow up with a moisturiser
