Very nice multi-use moisturiser
I have extremely sensitive skin and also can't tolerate fragrances, so simple oils like this are great for me. This one's quickly absorbed and non-greasy. It's very good on face, body, and hair. It's nice to get such a good-value product in fancy-looking packaging. I find the pipette a little fussy - you have to get a bit creative to hold the bottle and put some oil in your hand at the same time, and if you don't hold the bottle it's easy to knock it over when you put the pipette back in. But you do only need a few drops of this oil, as it goes a long way, so some kind of dropper is necessary. By the way, I contacted Deciem and was told this squalane is derived from sugar cane, not olive - useful to know for those with allergies.

The best face oil!!
I bought this a month ago after reading multiple great reviews and I'm so glad I did! I think this must be my favourite skin care product ever! My skin type is oily dehydrated and I was desperate for a product that hydrated my dull skin and gave me a glow. This product did just that! I use a tiney bit in the morning after I have applied my moisturiser and apply again before bed. This has made my skin softer and hydrated and has given me such a glow!! All without clogging my pores and making me break out which any other oil based product would. Squalene you are my new best friend! Thank you The Ordinary xo

Good "oil" for combination skin
I purchased this because it was advised to be a suitable oil-like hydrator for combination/oily skin and claims to not clog pores. What they claim is true in my case. It is light and smooth in texture, I like to press it into my face with my hands especially before bed. When I wake up my skin feels soft, radiant and hydrated but not too greasy and not dry as it sometimes happens with some creams I've tried for the night. It is also really good value for money.
The only con is that when used for example on top of Hyaluronic Acid + B5, it tends to peel. I will however try with Marine Hyaluronics which is much lighter in texture and so far did not peel on me at all. Also, pressing instead of massaging the product to your skin does help this issue. And for night, it does not matter as much anyway.
Will repurchase!

Holy Grail for Dry skin/Acne
Can't recommend this product enough, I've suffered with adult cystic acne for years and tried so many different brands. I'm using this once daily at night after cleansing and it leaves my skin feeling wonderfully hydrated, I does feel slightly oily on the skin but by the morning its all gone and i have lovely soft skin. I started using this as the Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% left my skin feeling dry and flaky in patches so I've balanced it out and used that in the morning to control sebum and the squalene at night for hydration. Its working and have seen a dramatic decrease in my acne.

I LOVE THIS (it's better than hyaluronic acid)
I have dry sensitive skin, and my sister has oily/combination skin- we have both used it and its amazing. I also get hormonal acne here and there. I have been told to treat my dry skin first before the acne. So I tried hyaluronic acid and a couple of moisturisers, but this beats them all. It's amazing, light weight, you only need the smallest drop and it will spread across your entire face, takes a while to dry, and then you can either leave it like that or apply makeup over. I apply it at night and sleep with it on. I have woken up with hydrated plumped skin, it's amazing. This is better than hyaluronic acid for me. You can also add a few drops to your hair to give it some hyrdation, and style over it or wash it off- It's basically adding hydration, and doesn't clog your pores.

Spot On!
Helps the texture of my skin stay smooth and bumpless, absorbs so much quicker than other oils. I use after the lactic acid 10% and salicylic acid. Part of my everyday nighttime routine!

Best moisturising oil ever
Not my first time buying it and will continue to purchase. This is a very light and not so oily oil that truly makes my skin moisturised and soft to touch. I use it only at night time (or when working from home), as being an oil it naturally gives you that shine which is not looking that great outdoors and applying makeup is out of question. But it's perfect for my night time routine, after applying non-oily serum. I also always use it on my neck, cleavage and hands. My face always looks refreshed in the morning when using it. Also does not provoke outbreaks. Highly recommend.

READ THIS!
Squalane oil is on the list of a very few oils that will not break you out if you suffer from ‘adult’ acne. This product by The Ordinary is one of the best as its 100% at such a cheap price, use a few drops with your moisturiser or stand alone and it will plum up your skin and give you a nice glow. It will make your face look shiny if you use too much during the day, so I only slather it on at night then use vaseline as an occlusive and my face feels super super soft.

Can this product be used on eyebrows.
I use it all over my face and any left on my fingers I run them through my hair.
If you just want to use it on your eyebrows I would say just be careful not to get any in your eyes. Hope this is helpful.
