I have had acne prone skin since my teens. I’m now 70. I have bought and spent an absolute fortune on different skincare over the years. Earlier this year, my face had a massive break out of horrible spots. This affected me a lot - spotty skin in older age is no joke. I started to use the 3 step kit about a month ago and my skin looks the best it has done for a long long time. It’s almost clear and it feels so soft. My confidence is returning and I am so grateful. Thank you. Will never buy anything else

Amazing results in such a short time!
I brought this as I was at a loss on what my skin needed and how I could get rid of the terrible breakouts that would happen on a regular basis. It was recommended to me by many and I always put it off as another potential product that would make me break out but oh my goodness, this three step kit is amazing already and I’ve only been using it for 2 weeks. My skin is so much clearer and so noticeably healthier. I cannot wait for the 4-6 weeks marker to see how clear my skin really gets as after 2 weeks I’m so happy with it. I would 100% recommend La Roche-Posay as a whole, especially this Effaclar 3-Step Kit. Buy buy buy!!!

Perfect three steps for great skin!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a big fan of La Roche Posay products and this kit does not disappoint. The cleanser isn't drying as other 'skin clearing' washes can be and leaves skin feeling normal, not tight and dry. The toner is the same, feels like it really cleans the face but not by stripping it.
Effaclar duo is fab! It's hard to descibe as it is a really good moisturiser but also treats your skin and any blemishes. If I have a spot developing I pop this on (morning and evening) and it makes it calm down and just goes. I've used this for years now and I won't change. Great under make up too.

A triple triumph
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Investing in three step skin regimes can sometimes feel like taking a real risk but this is an outstanding yet simple system. The gel is a very gentle cleanser which instantly has a feeling of cleanliness. I was slightly dubious about whether the toner would have the harsh stringent quality of other toners but I would now not be without this in my morning regime. The Duo+ moisturiser is working to improve the appearance of old blemishes and skin has been clearer too. Thank you La Roche Posay for this anti blemish system.

Lovely 3 step skin routine
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great purchase of a 3 step skin routine in one package. The cleanser is gentle and hydrates the skin whilst helping to clean, toner further adds hydration back to the skin without leaving the skin feeling tight which a lot of toners often do. The moisturiser is great, hydrating and light, not thick or oily. Only small gripe is I wish the moisturiser was slightly larger. But otherwise a really great 3 step packaging for anyone looking to try out a new skin routine or anyone that wants to try out LRP for the first time. I have tried a lot from LRP and this is another great find and addition to my skin routine.

Amazing product
I have had problematic skin and lots of redness and acne scarring for as long as I can remember and despite trying loads of different products and brands I’ve never found anything that really works for me. However I saw this brand advertised and wanted to see for myself if the hype people were giving it was real, I’m here to say it very much is!
You get three full sized products and this makes for an easy step by step routine to stick to. I’ve only been using them for a few days and I’ve already noticed a difference in the appearance and feel of skin. It feels clean and not too drying even though it has a very mattifying effect. The spots, rough areas and blackhead clusters on my face have nearly disappeared and my face is looking a lot less inflamed. You need to give this a try!

Best products for blemished & oily skin
Without a doubt these 3 products are the most fantastic products on the market for sensitive yet blemished & oily skin. I’m 42 & have lived with blemished skin since my teenage years. These 3 products have revolutionised my skin. Breakouts are now minimal. Pores refined. Oil under control. I’ll invest in these for life & this 3 pack is by far the most cost-effective way to purchase

My go to for breakouts
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Every now and then my skin has a freak out, and I go back to the effaclar products.
I’ve used the effaclar+ for a while now and recently added the wash which is great, and the serum.
I hadn’t tried the toner before, and wasn’t sure I would like it tbh, as I have an BHA toner already that I use.
But I really like this to use on my blackhead prone areas, or spots post cleansing, it feels really soothing and dries them out a bit without making the skin irritated.
I then apply the toleriane ultra 8 hydrating spray before the rest of my routine.
