Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic I alternate this with the original Effaclar K, I use this product every morning before putting on my make up. My face is really oily and this product helps in combatting this. Without this product after a few hours my make up is sliding off my face but since using this I’ve found that my make up stays in place a lot longer. It’s really absorbant without being too drying and my face always feels moisturised afterwards

I've only been using it for a couple of days and it looks like a load of under the skin spots have come up to the surface but they've practically disappeared over night - or at least gotten a lot flatter and less red.

My pores are so much smaller now they're barely there and my skin no longer gets clogged up with oil and stays fresh and matte so long it's unbelievable. Thank you La Roche!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing for combination skin A great moisturiser for combination skin, soothes the oily areas, hydrating them without blocking pores or causing excess oil production later in the day. also hydrates the dryer areas of my face nicely (I will add an LRP product that is more soothing/for dry skin under eyes on extremely dry days), lovely consistency and absorbs well and quickly. Even 8 hours later, my nose is still barely oily, whereas before it would be grease city within 4h! Definately a go to for me from now on

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Initial great results, then horrible breakout Used this for about three weeks, in the morning only, to clear badly congested skin (blackheads on t-zone, closed comedones elsewhere). At first I was happy with the results, the salicylic acid was visibly pushing the plugs out of my pores (I know...). After about two weeks, I started getting pimples on my cheeks - I normally don't get those very often any more. It seemed like in those areas, the comedones were coming to the surface but not coming out, causing inflamed acne. The 'purging' got so bad I had to discontinue this product and weeks later am still dealing with many bright red cysts on the lower part of my cheeks that will take a long time to heal. Very depressing. This seems to be a good product, just not for me. I would recommend caution when starting any products that contain salicylic acid.
